Dr. Fuller has undertaken rigorous educational and practical experience in order to become licensed Optometrists in the state of North Carolina. In addition to having completed undergraduate and doctorate study programs, he pursues continuous education opportunities throughout the year to stay current with the leading edge of progress in Optometry.
